We kindly ask you to bring your working clothes for all practical seminars. Personal protection equipment will be provided. If you would like to bring your own models, please coordinate this with the training team early enough. Under certain circumstances, the seminar hours may differ from the time table. Food and drinks will be provided during the seminars. After seminar participation, you will receive your personal certificate of attendance.
With written registration, the participant undertakes to remit the seminar fee in advance to Streifeneder ortho.production GmbH upon receipt of the invoice, latest 30 days prior to seminar start. Please indicate the seminar subject on the remittance. All seminar prices
are per person and excluding 19 % VAT, which will be added to your invoice amount. We recommend to ask your local revenue office about how you can get a tax refund accordingly.
The fees contain the necessary work materials, teaching documentation, certificates of attendance as well as catering during the seminars. In order to support you with your travel plans, we will be pleased to help you selecting one of our partner hotels. We kindly ask you to arrange room reservations on your own. Travelling charges and accommodation charges will not be paid by Streifeneder ortho.production GmbH.
Cancellation of the seminar registration is accepted only in written letter – and also by fax or e-mail. Up to 3 weeks prior to seminar start, the cancellation can be effected free of charge, without giving reasons. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to seminar date will be charged with 75% of the total seminar fee. In case of cancellation less than 1 week prior to seminar start, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the seminar fee. If the participant does not show without prior cancellation, the seminar fee must be paid in full as well. There are no cancellation fees if a substitute participant attends the seminar. In this case, please inform us about the name amendment in written.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as the instructor is unable to attend or force majeure of any kind, Streifeneder ortho.production GmbH reserves the right to postpone the seminar, amend the schedule, engage a substitute instructor or cancel the seminar. The same is valid if not enough participants register for a seminar. In these cases, the participants will be informed immediately, already paid seminar fees will be refunded immediately. Further claims for compensations of any kind (e.g. claims to recourse) may not be derived herefrom and are excluded. If requested, the registration can be transferred to the next possible seminar.
For companies, seminar expenses can be charged VAT free. In this case we would need following documents:
