For the first time, the market offers a material which noticeably cuts the processing time of orthosis construction, due to its unique combination of plastic material and a PO-film. The PO-film, a foam cover, eliminates padding of the orthotic aid. With this material, one-piece individual orthoses can be manufactured much quicker and more efficiently. This also positively affects the health of the orthopaedic technician, because he is not exposed to adhesive vapours.
The light-weight material can be optimally processed at 160 °C / 320 °F. It can be coloured without problems and is break- and scratch resistant. The purchasing unit of the product is one sheet, dimensions 1000 x 1200 x 4,5 mm.
